Terms & Conditions
1. Installation Warranty Policy
Leaf Leisure provides a 12 month workmanship warranty on installations completed by Leaf Leisure.
This covers defects arising from installation quality only.
It does not cover
Manufacturer defects
Misuse or modification by third parties
Wear and tear
Damage caused by unrelated system faults
Manufacturer warranties remain with the product supplier.
If an issue arises
Customer must notify Leaf Leisure within 14 days of discovery.
Leaf Leisure will assess and rectify confirmed installation related faults within a reasonable timeframe.
Travel outside core Mansfield area may incur additional costs.
2. Habitation Service Disclaimer
A habitation service is an inspection and test of visible and accessible systems at the time of service.
It is not a structural guarantee of future condition.
Damp readings reflect conditions at time of inspection.
Hidden defects not accessible without strip down are excluded unless agreed in advance.
Gas and electrical tests are conducted in line with current best practice standards.
3. Call Out and Travel Policy
Primary service area
Mansfield and immediate surrounding areas.
Work outside this area is discretionary.
Minimum charge may apply for travel beyond core zone.
Leaf Leisure reserves the right to decline low value travel heavy jobs outside core area.
4. Deposits and Special Order Policy
Special order parts require deposit prior to ordering.
Deposits are non refundable once parts are ordered unless supplier accepts return without penalty.
If customer cancels after parts are ordered, any non recoverable cost remains payable.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Repeated last minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. Non Compliant Vehicle Policy
Leaf Leisure reserves the right to decline work on vehicles that:
Do not meet safety standards
Have unsafe self build modifications
Present fire or gas risk
Require structural work outside service scope
Where possible, guidance will be provided, but safety takes priority.
7. Payment Terms
Payment due on completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
Invoices payable within 7 days for approved account customers.
Late payments may result in refusal of future bookings.
8. Communication Policy
Business hours
Monday to Friday standard working hours.
Evenings and weekends protected for family time.
Email is channel of record.
WhatsApp used for images and quick updates.
Phone for urgent clarity.
9. Photography and Marketing Use
We may take photographs of completed installations for our records and marketing use.
These images may be used across our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
No personal or identifiable information will be shown. This includes items such as vehicle registration plates, addresses, or any other sensitive details, which will be removed or obscured where required.
